Sparkling Outlander Comes to India

After a long and continuous series of confusion and speculations, finally comes the Mitsubishi Outlander.

Hindustan Motors and Mitsubishi Motors together introduced the sparkling SUV to the Indian car market. Priced at an all India price of Rs 20.2 lakh (ex-showroom), this new SUV is a sophisticated and distinctive car.

Do you know that the company claims that the new Outlander will deliver the best of the both the worlds to its customers? But is that true? Best of both the worlds goes beyond the extent of eternal joy and pleasure of driving the car.

We know that it’s difficult to define expressions for the car unless and until we have the wheel in our hands. But if the company is so sure about the performance, there will be definitely something to beat the SUV market.

The Outlander is designed with an advanced 2.4 litre petrol engine, well-appointed interiors, and attractive exteriors. The advanced engine technology, 16 valve MIVEC (Mitsubishi Innovative Valve Timing and Electronic Control system), is the backbone of the car.

Even more attractive offer is the pack of advanced safety features installed in the car. So, in short, Outlander is designed to deliver the best of all-road capabilities, performance, and fuel efficiency.

Why Should Hindustan Motors Stay Behind?

With so many car manufacturers launching new car models, Hindustan Motors, maker of the Iconic Ambassador cars in India, also thought, why should they stay behind?

With a keen desire to keep its position in the industry, Hindustan Motors is also planning to launch a passenger car in India. The car is expected to launch in October in union with Mitsubishi Motors.

The company has witnessed a heavy setback after falling sale’s slop of the top surviving car, the Ambassador. This car has lived for centuries but now is restricted to certain cities like Kolkata. To overcome the slow down, the company has developed a completely new platform for producing cars with innovative features. Ambassador was a sturdy and powerful car. Just wondering, will Hindustan Motors be able to gain the same response and profit with the proposed passenger car.
