German premium car manufacturer Audi has introduced three new engines for the Audi A4 series aimed at bettering fuel efficiency. The engines 3.0 TDI Quattro, 2.0 TFSI and the 1.8 TFSI consume 10 per cent less fuel compared to their predecessors. Moreover, the three engine option proves as a power booster to the Audi A4. Three petrol engines and two diesel-powered engines with four or six cylinders offer the advantages of direct injection with cutting-edge FSI, TFSI and TDI technology.
Audi A4 series with the new engines are available for a price tag ranging from Rs. 26.67 lakh to Rs. 36.40 lakh. The up gradation of engines in the AudiA4 series has added a new dimension of poise and elegance to the Audi A4. With more power and lower fuel consumption these engines guarantee to deliver an amazing driving experience.
The introduction of the three new engines has given Audi fans a choice of two high-tech transmission solutions: the tiptronic six-speed automatic gearbox and the continuously variable multitronic version. The high-end models, the Audi A4 3.2 FSI quattro and the Audi A4 3.0 TDI, are equipped with the quattro permanent four-wheel drive system.
The Audi A4 bestows Indian customers to have a wide selection in the luxury car market to pick up from. Moreover, Audi India has also announced a special offer of interest financing rate for A4 3.2 FSI Quattro.
Audi India is quietly working at expanding its base of buyers by introducing more varaints o the mass selling A4 sedan. The three new engine variants will position its against more number of BMW and Mercedes models. It looks like Audi wont rest until it has beaten its rival by a huge margin.
I am a great fan of Audi cars. Though currently i have no plans of buying now but i really love to watch the car. I had a close encounter with Audi A4 which was displayed in one of the malls in Bangalore. Must say that every detailing is perfect in its design.The interior is so luxurious that one does not feel like leaving the car.It is very spacious too. The car maker adding more variants to it means that A4 is having a real good time in India.
