The little Mini from the house of BMW has turned ‘50’. The legendary car is one of the most renowned hatches around the world. And to celebrate its golden jubilee Mini has introduced two special editions known as the Mini 50 Mayfair and the Mini 50 Camden.
Both the newly introduced editions are available with a choice of two petrol engines and one diesel engine. The petrol versions sports a 172 bhp four cylinder engine mated to a twin scroll turbo-charger and a more frugal 118 bhp engine with variable valve technology. A 108 bhp four-cylinder diesel engine delivers impressive torque and supreme efficiency.
The names of the special BMW Mini editions are named after London’s most exclusive cities, Mayfair and Camden. Mayfair is known for its exclusivity and Camden is a fashionable and ethnically versatile town.
Besides the wide range of standard features, both the cars Mini 50 Mayfair and Mini 50 Camden are also beautified with adornments like sophisticated paintwork, premium quality seat upholstery, and height adjustable seats with electric heating. Both the car models will be available from September and will undergo limited production.

I love the Mini car and started loving it from the Mr.Bean series. I also read somewhere that Mini will be coming to India. wonder what will be the price tag attached.
