Eyeing India’s inclination for classic car, infrastructure developer GMR has come forward to promote Vintage car events in the City of Pearls, Hyderabad. GMR has taken an initiative to support vintage car events which are held in club levels across the county. Classic car enthusiast and collectors can take part in the well-organised events where they can deeply experience the world of vintage cars. GMR will also catalogue the cars that belong to the classic era and of which common masses are not aware of.
India always had a special place for classic car and each car comes with a glorious history that is worth revealing. These are considered to be the priced possession of the country that it beholds with pride.
At the recently held vintage show at Hyderabad some of the classic beauties that were the part of the event were American classic like 1936 Dodge convertible and Austin Seven from Britain. It is a good initiative taken by GMR. This will further promote and preserve these classic beauties in India.

Vintage cars are the beauty in themselves. They are the most precious treasures available in India. I never miss any of Vintage rallies. It is so nice to see these pretty cars moving on the roads.
I am glad that Hyderabad to has its share of classic car history. Of course where there were the nawabs ruling the place. I wish some photos of the car was displayed and more information was provided about the classic cars being exhibited there.
I love classic cars. My grandfather owns one and i love the way he takes car of it. The car is very precious to him and he never allows anyone to drive it.
I saw these vintage cars the other day. They look so beautiful. Today's cars look so drab and boring in front of them. Have we moved from away from the beauty to boring machines? This is what i felt after i came out of the exhibition.
