After experiencing the thrusting presence of the Audi R8, Indian roads are all set to feel another speed giant. This time the BMW Roadster Z4 sports car will make its way into the Indian car market. Expected to launch by late 2009, it will add 10 dealers in cities such as Coimbatore, Jaipur, Lucknow, and Ludhiana.
The two-seater Roadster Z4 comes with a folding hard-top which can run up to 250 kmph. Compared to the price of the Audi R8, it will carry a little catchy price tag of Rs 50-60 Lakh.BMW is witnessing a good market share in India and recently it has also exceeded its competitor Mercedes-Benz in the sales graph. Besides this car, the company is also planning to introduce three more new models in India in order to keep pace with the growth momentum. BMW is looking forward to grasp the Indian car market. And if it continues the strategy to launch models with prices comparatively lesser than its rivals, it will surely get a complete hold of the lucrative Indian car market.

It seems like all the super cars of the world have found a new address-India. Suddenly these car companies have woken up to the Indian buyer and want to 'serve' him. Maybe It is a sing that India has arrived on the scene. A Bugatti in India may not be far off now.
I love sports car and a luxury sports car is my dream. I am sure i cannot own one but its really nice to see them on the roads. I recently saw Audi R8. I was dumbstruck with its elegance and beauty.
