Tata Motors is flying on the ninth cloud with the launch of its ultra-cheap car ‘Nano’. When the car manufacturer is receiving an overwhelming global attention for Nano, it is not ignoring its customers.
Tata is taking equal care of its new as well as existing customers. This is proved by Tata’s free summer check-up campaign organised for the passenger cars and utility vehicles in Thiruvananthapuram. This nation-wide campaign provides additional services to its customer thereby strengthening company’s rapport with them. The free service will include examining of car parts and accessories that are crucial in summer like air-conditioner, fuel systems, and electrical by the experts. The one month campaign started in April 1st will last till the end of the month across all the Tata Motors dealerships and select authorised service centres.
Besides this, car dealerships and service centres will also concentrate on various customer issues. This service also gives an option to win attractive repair discounts. The campaign will witness the participation of experts from original equipment manufacturers of air-conditioners, fuel injection systems, batteries, and auto electrical.

Right now everywhere Tata is on cards. Wherever I read I either get to read about the Nano, or Tata signing a partnership with a specified bank and now Tata's free service campaign. I think Tata is on full swing to bang upon the Indian car market and recover all the financial losses that the car manufacturer experienced in the last fiscal.
