Skoda Auto has rolled out the upgraded version of the Octavia RS and the Octavia Scout (in India it is christened as Laura) cars. The new versions are enhanced with innovative technologies and captivating designs which not only exude style but also comfort and convenience.
Both the models made their entry in the European markets and a basic model on their platform is likely to invade the Indian market by this year as the facelifted Laura. The revamped version of the Octavia RS is out with all-new front fascia incorporated with RS logo and smart well designed headlamps. The LED fog lamps housed on the bold bumpers come with the corner function. The exterior beauty of the car is equally attractive with the metallic paint and 18 inch Neptune wheels which add an extra charm to the car.
The other model Octavia Scout is also made to look fresh with new grille, bold headlamps, and body-coloured side mouldings. It also gets the front fog lights that can be fitted with the optional cornering function and the large front bumper that imparts a macho look.
Both the cars sport different engines which are mated with a six-speed manual transmission for a comfortable driving experience. These models already enjoy good sales in the market and the revamped versions will certainly further lift up the sales figures of the cars.

I have never heard about the Octavia RS or Scout. Nor i knew that Laura and a global name called Scout. So are these models coming to India?
Skoda Octavia is one of the best to have ever graced Indian roads. I am happy to learn that the car will make its entry inot India also. But the prices are steep and that mens only a few can afford it.
