The dynamic Audi R8 is tagged with the title of “Classics of the Future 2009” by Motor Klassik magazine. The “Classics of the Future” award is conducted every two years and the winner is selected based on a poll participated by readers of the magazine. This is fourth time that the German trade journal has organized readers’ poll. Since 1979, around 78 models have been selected out of which some of them have already become genuine classics.

As a mark of this achievement, Audi will offer another version of the car which will be powered by a 10-cylinder engine. It is not just Audi R8 who scored in the show from the company’s stable, Audi A6 also bagged the third position in the category of “full-size car of the modern age”. It’s a matter for pride not only for the brand but also for India as both the cars are available in the country.

Audi developed the R8 after some intensive research and development in aerodynamic.It is the most powerful car of the recent days. It is a car that will drive the company into the future car market. The R8 is a milestone in the motorsports history of Audi, acknowledges the company. I am glad it won the tag of classic.
Audi is a great car brand and it completely deserves the title. The car looks so classy and i just cannot express it in words. It is my dream car and wish one day i will drive it. Every small detail about the car is is perfect.
