Hyundai Motors India has re-launched its favourite nationwide service initiative – ‘Always Around’ campaign. The service has been launched for the third consecutive year and this year the campaign will start from April 26 and continue till December.

The Always Around campaign will provide free check-up for Hyundai cars at convenient locations. Hyundai Motors will cover over 6.500 locations and plans to reach 90,000 customers during the campaign. Last year, around 80,000 vehicles were covered across 6,000 locations in the country. The company expects 2,500 vehicles to attend the 100 camps that will be organized nationwide.

The campaign will promote company’s value added services and schemes like the Referral Scheme, Hyundai Advantage, Hyundai South Africa Safari Contest, health check-up camps, customer awareness on improving mileage, performance, and other information related to Hyundai products.

Under the campaign scheme, a comprehensive 17 point checkups and a thorough examination of the vehicles will be performed. Services such as tyre and vehicle polishing, coolant and oil top up will also be taken care of. In order to improve it services and ensure better customer satisfaction, teams will collect feedback of cars and after sales services provided by trained technicians. The car owners will also have a chance to see and take up test drives of other Hyundai models which would be displayed at the locations.

The company has chosen convenient locations to enable customers get their cars serviced and polished while they go for shopping or any other activities. Hence the company has chosen locations near joggers park, shopping malls, apartments, multiplexes, and amusement parks. While this scheme ensures better reach to customers, it also makes Hyundai a more user-friendly brand. The scheme is unique to India and is highly praise worthy.

Hyundai always come up with campaigns that always benefited the customers. I own a maruti car, i wish the Maruti too had some campaigns like this.

Hyundai is the only company that is giving a good quality customer care. I am impressed that the camps will be on from April to December. It sure is good to get a quick check up done every three months and this campaign helps.
