When is Fiat actually planning to launch the Abarth 500? I don’t think that the company will launch this car in 2009. There’ll be too much of hassle with so many cars rolling out. And Fiat has always believed in giving some space between any two car launch irrespective of the brand.
Its good to know the new Abarth 500 is also designed on the platform of 500 coupe that was launched by Fiat last year. Though the car is not seen much on roads Fiat is much happy with its sales performance. It is believed that the company has successfully sold out many 500s in India.
I have heard that Fiat will bring the Abarth 500 through import. Is that true? As it is the price of present day 500 is high and the new Abarth 500 will obviously be more costly. And if it comes through the import route then it will add on to the price of the car.
