Pre-Owned Luxury Cars Celebrate Good Sales

Though the global recession has affected the new luxury car sales, the pre-owned luxury cars are still rejoicing their sales. The used car market is experiencing high scale growth grabbing buyers of small cars as well as mid-sized premium sedans.

Seeing the great potential of luxury cars in the used car market, car brands like Merc, BMW, and Porsche are planning to try their hands in the used car segment.

Porsche plans sales target of 200 new cars this year but for the used car it is likely to plan a higher target. Likewise, BMW who carries a high brand vale in India is also looking forward for a good sales number from the used car market. However, German Mercedes-Benz is planning to foray the used car market by 2010.

New cars must be envying the pre-owned cars as they are really making impressive sales. It seems the competition is growing aggressively robust in the used car market compared to the new car market.

  1. I don’t think that new cars will now envy used car sales. Most of the new cars are doing pretty well in the market. I don’t know much but have heard that the new Innova has rejoiced good sales, the Spark has done well, the newly launched Fiat Linea and Mahindra Xylo has also done wonders in terms of sales performance. If new cars have started having the hold of the market then why will they envy the used cars.

  2. Yes thats right spacerocket. Now most of the new cars are experincing good sales. The market is slowly climbing up and I feel its almost at the verge of recovery. All the manufacturers have recorded good sales in the past two months. Even if then used cars are experiencing good sales then its not because the market is down. maybe there are some other reasons for that.

  3. There are many reasons why people prefer buying used cars these days. One of the best reason is something new adds more excitement. This means that these days people always look for something new and after driving one car for about three years many people feel like selling their cars and try their hands on some other car model or car brand. Apart from that car buyers have started understating the worth of deprecation on the car market. Used cars have comparatively lower depreciation than new cars and are much better in all terms when compared with new cars in long term course.

  4. Used cars are gaining momentum in the present day car market but getting the best deal for used car is a big challenge in itself. There are various things that one need to look for when deciding to buy a used car. you have to be very careful and alert while making decisions and payments. You have to wisely and thoroughly check the papers and history of maintenance that’s where the actual story can be revealed. And rest of things do matter but not much if these are well considered.

  5. It is now in the recent past that the used car market is gaining importance. After the car manufactures forying in to the segment, the confidence started building up inpeople . Now with the authorised cars, people feel more safe in dealing with used cars.
