Car rallies navigating between countries have always proved to be a highly prospective means in building up the good relation between the two countries. And the India-Bhutan car rally, which was flagged off from Siliguri in West Bengal is another best example of a good relation between the two countries.
This is the second Indo-Bhutan friendship car rally organized jointly by Indo Bhutan Friendship Car Rally Association and India-Bhutan Foundation. The car rally will also help in bonding between the two countries and be active in endorsement of trade, commerce, tourism and road connectivity.
The second rally is the successful result of the first Indo-Bhutan rally held in the year 2007 which included 9 participants from Bhutan and 25 from India. The number of participants increased in the second rally with a total of 50 contestants (35 participants from India and 15 from Bhutan) will participate covering a distance of 300 km in India and 200 km in Bhutan. Each teams comprised of two members.

I have heard about the Dakar rally and Maruti raid-de Himalaya but never heard about the India-Bhutan Friendship Car Rally. Is this just for bonding the two countries or does the rally has any other significance as well.
Hi buddy, your blog’s design is simple and clean and i like it. Your blog posts are superb. Please keep them coming. Greets!!!
It’s still cloaked in camo, but the 2012 Hyundai Veloster is beginning to shed its winter skin before its big reveal early next year. Not only has it gone green in the process, but details on its passenger side dual doors and interior are coming into focus. As we’ve noted before, the Veloster (or possibly Tiburon) appears to share two different door designs – a traditional opening on the driver’s side and a smaller passenger door possibly accompanied by another rear access opening.
