While we all were celebrating the lamps and chants of Diwali, the car manufacturers were also rejoicing festive season.
Festive season for car manufacturers is not pertaining to Diwali but the season of good sales. Yes, the wait proved to be fruitful for them. Couple of months ago when the car sales was drastically going down, they has tied high hopes from the Diwali season. And their hopes actually reaped success for them.
The day of Dhanteras, believed to be an auspicious day for buying metals, recorded the best sales figure. Amazingly, there are talks among the car dealers and manufacturers that about 15,000 vehicles or more have been sold across the country on that one single day. Though this Dhanteras was not able to beat the charm of last year, it was satisfactory, especially during this time of downturn.
Giving a strong reason to smile, Dhanteras proved to be a big bonanza for car manufacturers.

This means that the expectations car manufacturers had from the season of Diwali has been fulfilled.
Ya, it’s good to know that car manufacturers have finally rejoiced after a long time of depression. They expected a lot from the festive season and somehow, they got to ride over the season of Diwali. But I still wonder whether they have actually acquired their expected targets or is it just on papers.
The lights of Diwali has lighted the car manufacturers life again. During this depreciated time also this diwali has proved to be another bonanza for them. Though the numerals show a decreased amount, but still they've been able to achieve. Diwali Ujaala Laayi!!!
But I heard that the expectations of car manufacturers were failed during the festive season. Though all had high hopes from Diwali, the market did not turn out to be improving. The slow market sale was in continuation.
The light was brighter last year. The car sales last year was more, but this year it has gone down, thanks to the economic depreciation. But lets hope the coming year, they'll be able to sell more cars and make a brighter and happy Diwali.
But i heard this this festive season did not bring any good sales as expected. The reason seems to be the financial crunch.Hope the auto industry have a good sales next diwali
