The trend of automatic cars continues…
After the successful launch of Mahindra Scorpio Automatic, Chevrolet also plans to launch its premium soft roader, Captiva, in an automatic version.
The introduction of Chevrolet Captiva Automatic is still a speculation but with the latest trend of automatic cars, the launch has higher chances.
If launched, it is expected to be launched with a 5-speed automatic gearbox mated with a brilliant 2L engine and an optional CRDI turbodiesel engine. Obviously, it will also be adorned with some extra in-car features to add more to the existing worth of the SUV. Automatic Captiva is sure to appeal self-driving buyers and will definitely be a big hit in the industry.
When this speculation will turn to a reality, the Captiva Automatic is sure to compete with the Honda CR-V.

I think that now the car industry is slowly becoming automatic. Automatic transmission has now become a trend in the industry. I think we have a good numbers of automatic cars now including the recently launched Mahindra Scorpio Automatic, and most probably the Captiva Automatic.
Many car manufacturer are finding ways to attract customers and this is one of the ways. I think even General Motors also offered something similar to this. Many Govt employees do not think to buy cars because they would want to keep saving and then invest but this kind of offer they will think thAt it is one of the good options to buy a car and that too during the festive season.
Even Mahindra Scorpio came with Automatic if i am not wrong. Captiva IS already doing wonders in the car market and now with Automatic it is gonna drive many of the buyers crazy for it.
