Every car manufacturer is moving on along the lines of expansion and so is Tata Motors.
The company has recently launched its fully Indian car, the Indica Vista, and is now planning to bring a Sumo-Safari crossover to India.
The crossover vehicle between Tata Sumo and Safari was showcased in the Delhi Auto Expo 2006. Now, the time has come to unveil this car.
The launch will be followed by next generation Tata Indigo which is expected to roll out on the platform of the new Indica. The company has made a huge investment to strengthen the Indica platform and plans to sell about 12000 to 13000 units per month.
With a number of launches in the current fiscal year, Tata has become aggressive on its expansion plans.
In spite of the tensions going on at Singur, the Tatas are expanding; they have recently launched the Indica Vista, fully Indian made car. Now their plans to roll out the Safari-Sumo crossover, is really appreciable, now this is called a true sanguine approach. Needless to say that they have an efficient and farsighted leader, who is always there to pilot from the front.
Who said, inflation has affected auto industry adversely in India. This cannot be true, as more and more car manufacturers are expanding their realm in India, and our own Tata is planning to come out with a new crossover. Their Nano also comes out in next month. It might be a small break for the auto industries but not an eternal halt. The wheels will roll on and on…
TATA CARS….they are just too good..I own Indigo Marina and very happy with it. gives good mileage and also not much of maintenance when compared to other cars. previously i owned Getz was not that happy with it had a lot of maintenance cost on it. i wanted to know if there is any exchange offer i want to go for the new INDICA VISTA. Please let me know if in case.
