Nowadays, the fury of the traffic law enforcement agency has increased with increasing number of traffic offenses and violations. Traffic violations are not restricted to ‘no parking’ zones and one-way driving, it’s much beyond that.
The first quarter of the fiscal year has brought good revenue to the traffic authorities because of the penalties motorists and car drivers are paying for the traffic offenses. The major violations include jumping signals, wrong parking and over-speeding. Apart from these drivers are also forced to pay fine for reckless driving, using a mobile phones while driving and even for drunken driving.
Are you aware that dazzling headlights, shrill horn and worn out tyres are also few of the violations listed in the Motor Vehicles Act? Yes! It is true.
Dazzling headlights obstruct the lighted path of other car drivers and disrupts their driving, that’s the reason why this has been listed as a traffic offense. Shrill horn sometimes loses the concentration of other drivers and worn out tyres is a straight invitation to car accident. Drivers and motorists are forced to pay fine for all these violations.
Just think how much revenue will the government collect with so many vehicles running on roads and most of them making offenses?

Again a fine! I think the traffic police are unnecessary behind car drivers. Or do you think that are serious about the safety and traffic rules?
Dont know why the traffic authorities are making so many rules. I dont think so this is anywhere connected. Hope that it doesnt continue. Wearing helmets while driving two-wheelers and using mobile phones are serious safety measures. But i personally feel that this is not to be added in the list.
