Worst After Sale Service of Honda Accord

My boss owns a Honda Accord and faced numerous problems since the purchase of this car. This car is having battery problem which was found old and when complaint was made the problem is not resolved and my boss has to replace the battery at his own expense. This car is having serious problem of engine’s heavy oil consumption. Till date not resolved. Last but most annoying that when there was a puncture on express highway, surprisingly the spare wheel found of another size then what it should have and still the right size wheel is not provided This entire complaint was made to HONDA MOTORS at Delhi and even JAPAN Head Office, they expressed only regrets but till date the problems are not resolved. I have only one question if same incident happened to some of the JAPANESE-AMERICAN-EUROPIAN Customer what will be action of HONDA MOTORS. I hope this will reach to you and think of any foreign company to be checked twice and not to rely just as they are from so called big company. They have worst after sales service I have found. I had very high regards for JAPANESE companies but in real sense they are as rude as any worst company of India.Thanks...

I agree with MR Trivedi. Some of the car manufacturers think that once they sell the car then their job is done. they do not bother so much if any problem persists later. If this continues then it might be problem to many of the car companies. Soon the car sales will fall down as no one would want to buy cars which would not give them benefits later. After spending so much money on cars if you are not getting paid for that then what can be the use of it. some steps should be taken by the manufacturer to help out such customers.

I don’t think that car manufacturers are so irresponsible. My dear friend Nitigna Trivedi, nothing in this world is perfect and so are the car models and the car manufacturers. Out of thousands and billions of cars, a company produces; there can be one car that is faulty. Unfortunately, that one car was yours.

Yes, my friend Jimmy, you are right. The people who design and manufacture the cars are also human. Like common people even they are not perfect in all ways. But then, the experience Trivedi had while driving Honda Accord can be dangerous to life. Even if car manufacturers are not perfect they can at least be helpful and responsive for the after incident service. Jimmy if you say they are not perfect, I can accept but if you say they are not helpful, then who will digest it. Who will go for buying Honda cars? Who will trust Honda anymore?

Hi Lincy. I strongly go with your comment. I won’t even deny what Jimmy said but then this is the question of trust and reliability. I think this is the second time a Honda car has dissatisfied its customer. Everyone wants to have a safe drive but if such incidences repeat over and above, then Honda will lose consumer’s faith. Honda should now take an immediate action in response to the lost faith of its consumers.
