After the successful venture of Mahindra-Renault Logan, the joint venture between Mahindra and Renault is planning to impress the consumers with a bootless sibling. Logan is currently creating sensation in the mid-size car segment in the country but still Renault is not satisfied. To comply with its own level of satisfaction, the company desires to roll out Renault Sandero, a hatchback.
Sandero will be manufactured in Renault’s Curitiba plant and will launch the car first in Brazil, followed by Argentina and India.
The Renault Sandero is built using digital designs and is price warrior. A much affordable modern hatchback is loaded with elegant and futuristic features and is comparatively more attractive than the revamped Logan. The car is a blend of European Clio (Renault’s popular hatchback) and some Logan features. Spacious and low boot of the car makes it more comfortable and easy for loading cargo. The drive, sitting posture and the comfort is all up to the mark.
When driving to India, Renault will modify some features in order to make the car well suited for Indian roads.

It is nice to know that the JV of Mahindra -Renault is rolling out another new car.Logan is a very good car in terms of performance and space. the only thing it lacked was the quality of good materials.Hope Sandero will cover up all the features that Logan lacked.
Hi Suopercar. I don’t think so that Logan lacks any feature. Yes, of course the advanced features that have come up recently may lack in the car but otherwise Logan is an excellent built with the best quality and top-end features. I have also heard that the recently launched Logan Edge has also covered many advanced features.
It is heard that Renault Sandero was built with a South American market mind, then why in India?
After the success of Mahindra,- Renault Logan, its Sandero -"Man's Defender", is on its way to India. This warrior will be in India, after its launch in Latin America. With the updated version, which obviously it'll be, I expect the customers will accept this warrior without "boot space" the same way they accepted the Logan earlier.
Krishna, I am not much sure as to why the car is being launched in India. All I can think is about the growing SUV market in India. The SUV market in India is continuously growing even after falling sales and high inflation. Renault might have noticed this growth and decided to launch the Sandero SUV in India. I have also heard that before launching in India, the company will make some alterations in the car to make it fit for the country.
Wow! One more SUV ready to roll out! Sandero has an appealing design coupled with robustness. The car is almost 4.02 meters in length and has a storage capacity of 320 liters. It is also loaded with standard safety features. I think the safest and the best SUV for huge families.
Logan has already won the hearts of people in India, with its performance and spacious interior. Though I don't much appreciate its outer shell, it is a good car on the road. Now the duo Mahindra-Renault is coming out with "mans defender", after the "hollow" car. Hope this warrior also does well on Indian terrain.
Hello this is not a SUV vehicle it is hatch back vehicle like Palio
Thanks. Rectified
A blend of Renault's popular hatchback and Logan sounds to be exciting. I am not sure about the popular hatchback from Renault but Logan is definitely an amazing car. Mahindra-Renault's Logan is a car with excellence and elegance.
Hi Uchina. I have heard that Renault's popular hatchback, European Clio, is an excellent car as well. The car comes in an innovative package of better engine technology, elegant design and high performance transmission. Logan as you said is excellent. So, a blend of two will actually be a great entry in the Indian car industry.
I am shocked at the items I overlooked before I read this post. Thanks for the good information.
