  1. Hey, that's good. The original Indica is a good car and I am sure that the replacement or the revamped version of Indica will also be the best in the respective segment. Can anyone tell me the price of Indica Vista?

  2. Hi Aniket. The entry level 1.2l petrol variant is priced at nearly Rs 3.49 lakh and the top end versions are available at a price of around Rs 4.88 lakh. The price difference is mainly because of the added accessories and the type of engine outfitted. I think almost seven variants of the Vista are launched. If you like the Indica, then you have a wider choice both in terms of price segment and engine options.

  3. Hey, no. I like the old Indica. I bought the old car nearly past seven years. Since then, I have not found any problem with my old Indica and it is still running smoothly and efficiently. Sad to know, that the old Tata Indica is now replaced by the new Indica Vista.

  4. Hey Rency, don’t get upset. Your favourite old Tata Indica is still in the market. Tata Motors have come up with a new model Indica Vista with better features but the company has not phased out all the old models. It is said that nearly about six or seven from the 12 old variants are still available in the market. You don’t need to get worry. Only few variants have been replaced and others are there for Indica lovers like you.

  5. Hey that's good to know that the company has not phased out the entire range of old Indica. This has given a wider option to all Indica lovers. I am sure that the old and new will bring out a revolution in the Indian market.

  6. Please not again! You know I am actually fed up with the complete cycle that the car manufacturers run on we people. They’ll first introduce a car model, then they will introduce their versions, then they will add some extra features to their car, and finally the manufacturers will replace the actual car with revamped version of the same model. Don’t you think this complete cycle actually spoils the authenticity of the original car? What role does innovation play here? Why cant manufacturers roll out a complete new car rather than rolling out a replacement for the old model?

  7. V2, Xeta and now its Vista. Its great news that this car is fully indigenous, so obviously spare parts will be cheaper compared… hope so!! Eye catchy design, powerful engine.. Its for sure that TATA will reign the auto world in the near future..

  8. Hot Cycle, why are getting so hyper up with the innovations? It’s not the way you are taking it. There are many people who love the old models and that the reason why the car makers can't completely phase out the old. They have to keep the old successful models to keep their customers. Regarding the replacements and revamped versions, as and when advanced technology and innovative features are coming up, car makers wish to add them to their existing car models so that they can give better comfort and luxuries to their old cars especially for the customers who like those oldies.

  9. You are right Ganesh. Take the old Indica for example, the old diesel Indica was a good car but it used to emit more pollutants and was lacking some features that have become a trend today. Tata has now given a better engine technology to the new version so that the pollution issue can be reduced and the company also has put in some extra features to lure more customers. Inspite of the innovations, there are few variants that the company has still not kicked out just because they are loved by the car owners as they are. So, it’s only a mater of change, a matter of choice and a matter of advancement. Dear friend, Hot Cycle, nothing in this world is constant, everything has to change with the changing generation.

  10. I think Tata is obsessed with V!!Earlier it was V2, and now it is Vista. With added features, improved charm and comfortability, hope the charm of "V" will prove lucky of Tata this time also.

  13. The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

  14. The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
