Cheers! There’s good news for car manufacturers and car lovers. Rising inflation has forced the government to pressurise the steel companies to cut down their steel costs. The government has a belief that this reduction will at least bring some sort of relief for both the car makers and consumers.
All the steel companies and manufacturers have agreed to cut down the cost by 10% and review a complete list of steel retail price. The cut down price is put into immediate effect to almost Rs 48,000 per tonne.
Reduction in steel price will eventually lead to low cost production as the input costs will be less. This was help in reducing a great burden over the minds and hearts of car manufacturers. Car makers will be able to sell cars at a lower price tag, which further boost the sale.

Reduction in steel price will actually help car makers to produce cars at a comparatively cheap price. Furthermore, if the input cost will reduce, the output costs will also get reduced. Reductions in both the input and output cost will eventually relieve the consumers who were shocked with the increasing car prices.
I had read a few days back that because of increase in steel prices many car makers were planning to increase the car prices. However thanks to the government that it has reduced steel prices and many of the companies dealing with steel were in an urge now hope the situation has become really cool.
The decrease in steel prices definitely is going to be a great help to the car makers and other industries also. As there was increase even in rubber, fuel prices, tax hike, and etc. Many of the car companies were drowning in the market. However the government is planning to reduce the steel prices this at least allows them to survive a little in the car market.
Thanks to our government who have given a thought to the rise in inflation. By reducing the steel prices, government have releived the pressre exerted on car makers.
