The outburst of Canadian Industry Minister Jim Prentice is an indication of the hurricane they expect with cheaper cars like Tata Nano. Dealers and contract manufacturers from these countries have already expressed interest in marketing these cars. Once in the country, the cars may overtake US made cars easily.
However, when these company show profits, while clearly stating they are going for cost cutting, now hue and cry is raised. Tata Nano again? I am totally frustrated about this car. This car is not yet launched but the name itself has buzzed me off.every day there will be something about it.
It is true that media has created a hype about Nano.It is in news almost everyday for some or the other reason.I wonder what will aftereffects once the car is launched.
The biggest earth shaker for the canadian minister was the tiny Tata Nano. The minister dreads the advent of small cars from China and Indian, while they have always sold big and fuel guzzling cars. It is high time that they saw the brighter side of small cars. These tiny cars can provide the same mobility as big cars.
