GM Forays into Used Car Market

After successfully introducing itself in the Indian new car market with all its fabulous schemes and offer, the General Motors is now moving towards used car market. The big players like Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Honda, Toyota, Ford already have their pre-owned car outlets. These companies not only continue to offer services to new car buyers, but also for pre-owned car takers. GM would also try to generate new car sales through its old car outlets.

It is also a step in the direction to capture 10 percent of Indian car market in a short duration. GM also plans to establish certified used car outlets. Simultaneously, GM continues to set up new dealerships across the country and constructing a second plant at Talegaon in Pune. It looks like GM wants to capture the whole of Indian market.

GM is really going fast with the flow
of Indian market. If it continues to
go like this, days are not far when only GM cars will rule Indian roads.
