Beware of Mumbai-Based Skoda Dealers
Beware of some of Skoda India's authorised dealers in Mumbai. One particular Skoda dealer in Mumbai was caught red-handed in stealing and swapping original spares of Skoda cars with fake spares. The theft is so rampant that the dealers even swap critical parts that endanger the lives of the passengers. Skoda India is aware of this, but is not taking any action against the dealer. Skoda owners and new car buyers beware of such dealers. If you have ever visited an authorised Skoda dealer in Mumbai and are having troubles with your car after this, please get it checked from some other dealer for fake spares, tampering, etc.

Never knew that the dealers would do something like this. Now we have to be aware of the of the authorized dealers too.But is Skoda people doing anything about it?
It has become so difficult to trust anybody now.Now one has to extremely cautious about buying things.This is the first incidence came to light, may be there are other dealers too who are into such practices.
It is shocking to now that Skoda dealers are involved in the theft. They are supposed to protect the interest of customer but they are involved theft themselves. whom should a common man believe if not for a authorised dealer?
Guys not all Skoda dealers in Mumbai are thieves. This is being done by one dealer who has Showroom / Service station in Juhu & Chembur. It was all over the media couple of weeks back, & I being a Skoda owner & fan, wanted to make sure all Skoda owners are warned if they missed this article in the papers.
