All those who thought that tinkering with cars was a mechanics jobs, wake up. The car sector has undergone tremendous change in the last few years. Mechanics alone will not be able to do all the jobs. Believe it not!

The car industry requires as much as 10,000 automobile engineers in the next decade. They are required by the best names in the industry like BMW, Mercedes, Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Ford Motors and others. They are even hiring freshers for their most enterprising jobs. All those who want to associate themselves with the greatest upcoming cars can look into these careers.

  2. it is unbelievable that jobs are opening in sectors which had almost closed down a few years ago. It will be a big gain not only for engineer but many more jobs lower down and higher up will be created. The blog does not mention the need for engineers in support industries which could take the numbers much higher.

When there has been demand only for software engineers in IT field, the boom in auto industry has at last brought smile on the face of many jobless automobile engineers. It is time for automobile engineers to sharpen their knowledge and skills to give better out of them.
