Hyundai in the ascendant: It’s 20 after 10

The phenomenal introduction of i10 model has encouraged Korean car maker Hyundai to plan for another model. It is really interesting to note that the company’s not-so-cheap hatchback car is doing well in India. The reason might lie in its really quick acceleration and speed. The car simply zooms past before you realize it is an i10. Its interior is also stylishly designed.

Now, Hyundai is planning to introduce a diesel version of i10 by 2010. Of course diesel cars are getting popular by the day. This model will be called i20. Prior to this, it might launch its premium Sport Utility Vehicle Santa Fe in 2008.
